Monday Blahs

Hello Everyone:

Yours truly is feeling like crap today.  I think I'm still feeling the effects of some really dodgy produce.  Specifically, very overripe bananas and kind of moldy oranges.  It wasn't intentional, it's just that I didn't realize that a few of the bananas and oranges went bad so quickly.  I remedied that by tossing the dodgy fruit and replacing it with fresher versions.  I really have to pay closer attention to this stuff.  To compound matters, I have a headache and some woman who is speaking loudly into her phone (set on speaker) is making it worse.  At last, she stopped talking.  I still have a headache.  I've also be plagued by a minor case of stomach cramps and diarrhea.  I think a good meal and an early night should do the trick.  Right now, my concentration is at about fifty percent and I wish people would silence there bloody phones.  I hate all those cute ringtones.  In the meantime, mom is pretty even keeled with the Passover cleaning.  Even though we have a cleaning service coming in next Monday, mom still feels the need to clean before they come.  I guess it makes sense in some way because you don't want people doing twice the work or wading through clutter.  This was the situation at sis's house.  My teenage nephew's room is such a disaster that it could qualify for FEMA funding.  Heaven forbid that he should pick up his clothes, make his bed, or even empty out his backpack.  The rest of the house is a bit of an obstacle course.  In short, they need a bigger house or a storage unit.  Okay, I'm starting to feel a little better, now that I'm my writing groove.  I finally finished my Girls binge watching over the weekend and I must say, I'm happy to see most of the main characters growing up and getting a handle on being an adult.  I'll have to check out season 4 to see what happens next.  I still think that "Marnie" and "Shoshanna" are a pair of spoiled immature brats who couldn't tie their shoes without mommy and daddy helping them but everyone else is getting better.  The Brit BF continues to charm me with his wit.  I was sharing with him this morning that mom went out last night.  I teased her about it being a date and not expecting her in until this morning.  The Brit BF teased me about keeping up with mom's dating life and double wedding bells.  Ha Ha.  I told that a rabbi once did say that we would both find a marriage match.  Actually, mom went out with a friend for dinner, nice.
