Just Work

Hello Everyone: Back to work today. Fortunately it wasn't all day and it was another quiet day. I heard a lovely rumor that my department is finally getting one more person. Thank goodness because I really want a weekend or two off. Having a weekend off would me a chance to sleep in a little and hang out in my bathrobe all day. I hope the rumor is true because we could use one person. We recently got a new person who seems to be working out nicely. Work, in general, seems to have settled into a routine. I clock in, do my job, clock out, and collect my paycheck at the end of week. It's become sort background white noise for me. Truth is I need something more challenging to do. Hopefully that'll happen soon. In the meantime, I just work.
