Exhausted

Hello Everyone: What an exhausting day. I was chained to my department, dealing with customers and trying to stay on top of things at the same time. It was made even worse because I didn't get much sleep and a co-worker was being rude. I opted not to confront him because it wouldn't be a good idea to call him out in front of customers. What little break I had in between tasks, I spent it sipping my coffee, nibbling on a snack, and re-evaluating my life. Towards the end of my shift, my immediate co-workers and I were chatting with a manager about the incident and life in the department. Apparently, every employee has something going on in their life that they're bringing to the job. The manager was looking for ways to make everyone a little happier, less tense. As far as I'm concerned more positiove reinforcement (and a raise) would be nice. Anyway, at least I have off the next two and three-quarter days so I can catch up on my sleep and do some stuff.
