Attitude Of Gratitude

Hello Everyone:

I am still grateful for the people in my life.  The caregivers who look after mum.  The cleaner who cleaned the kitchen on Friday.  My handsome British prince who reminds not to be so serious.  My friends that I can talk to online.  These are some of the people that keep me sane during stressful times.  No one really knows how I feel because I prefer to show it through my actions.  I feel that sometimes words don't have the same impact as deeds.  I do always remember to express gratitude by saying "thank you" and "please."  The very least I can do.  I guess this attitude of gratitude is a by-product of self-isolation.  I've always been aware of the people that make my life easier and am grateful for them but the past month (OMG really!?) has really put that into focus.  They could be at home but don't have that luxury.  I'm only indulging because I have nothing else to do and the PLB Business Center is closed until further notice.  However, I do want to spend more time out of the house in the hopefully near future because it feels very claustrophobic.  Anyway, I want to send an email before I eat dinner
