A Great Time On Tap

Hello Everyone:

Sorry about yesterday, things ran late.  Sort of the yesterday's story.  Today was more on schedule.  The Brit BF were having a friendly rivalry around World Cup soccer.  The United States and England were playing each other in a semi-final game and naturally the Brit BF rooted for England.  This was despite my warning about staying in my good graces by cheering Team USA.  The banter was the usual flirty chatter, especially after Team USA won a nail biter.  All good.  Speaking of all good, I cannot wait until tomorrow evening.  I'm going to a Fourth of July concert and the guest is a really good one.  He's someone I've seen before and enjoyed.  Let's just say get out your dancing shoes.  Of course I plan taking a few pictures.  A pity that the Brit BF can't join me because he would certainly be way more fun than cranky seniors.  The things I do in the name of music.  At least mum hasn't tried to overload me with her "instructions."  Her "instructions" are usually designed to micromanage every situation.  Sometimes it just feels like she's trying to get her way.  Her way is essentially everyone stay home.  I can't do that and I usually just ignore her attempts to micromanage a situation.  Anyway, I'm looking forward to a great time.
