Caregiver

Hello Everyone:

I have just enough time to write down a few thoughts. Remember how I was carryomg on yesterday about the lack of intelligent conversation right now?  Well the universe must’ve listened because that’s exactly what I got today, courtesy of Facebook. The subject was inequality. A friend from San Jose and I exchanged thoughts on the subject in a civilized way. I liked that. A civil discourse in the issues of the day. Better than the constant “I’m sick,” “I can’t move.”  Speaking of illness the caregiver started today. She seems like a decent and patient person. Mum likes her but we’ll see how she works out.  The caregiver is supposed to be a temporary thing but we’ll see how temporary she is.   The upside is I don’t have spend so much time looking after mum. I spend more time taking care of my life. Mum still leans on me for stuff but hopefully, less so now that she has someone. Alright, bed time. More tomorrow.
