Hello Everyone:
A good day in the blogosphere. I finished a post that was on election hold since last Monday. Tomorrow, it's back to the candidate forum. Tomorrow's forum is going to require a good deal of self discipline on my part. Why, you ask? The subject is Donald Trump and I don't care who you are or what you do, it's hard to stay neutral. However, I must remain neutral. That means no snarky comments. I think I can manage. I do have a responsibility to all 65,000 plus readers. Besides, after this week the candidate forum switches to once a week with a primary wrap up until the end of primary season then a weekly update.
In other news, mom made the journey to the Israeli consulate to renew her passport. Even though she's a naturalized citizen, a quirk in the law insists that all Israeli citizens must enter the country with an Israeli passport. Even if you're naturalized citizen of another country, this includes dependents. I almost got caught in that nonsense. Fortunately, I asserted my full rights as an American and got out of the country without having to serve a mandatory national service. The point is mom is really going away for two-and-half weeks. I cannot wait. I sound eager don't I? Well, yes I am. The only thing missing is the Brit BF to keep me company. Don't I wish.
