I'm Tired

Hello Everyone:

I am tired. I had a fairly productive day: getting the grocery shopping done and posting the weekly edition of the Candidate Forum. That was a chore by itself. The PLB Activities Center WiFi is still down and the outlook doesn't look good. The Activities Center may just switch to Time-Warner internet service, which means unless you're a subscriber, you'll have a very limited time of free service. That sucks. I have alternatives: the library or coffee place. Both have their good and bad points but I can adapt to the situation. Mom has been driving me insane with Passover. Today it was about the food. She wants to order a bunch of food, most of which, I won't eat.  She wants me to select some deli food, which I'm not fond of.  I told mom that I don't want her to buy a ton of stuff because most of it won't get eaten and she needs to focus on getting herself ready for her trip. Besides, if I need or want anything, I know where to find it and what to get. Really, I'm not planning on anything major. It's just too much effort. I don't want to expend the energy. The annual Passover rite is just a whole other level of insanity that I don't want in my life. Mom and the family can have it, this is too much for me. Speaking of family, the BIL and the minion  are coming over for lunch on Saturday. Sis will be out of town and the teenage nephew decided to go to a friend. Fine, whatever. Hopefully they'll be gone quickly so I can have a quiet afternoon and maybe take mom with them. I need to get some sleep.
