It is another warm one today. Well, yes, it's summer. The PLB Business Center is on vacation hours this week and next so I have to work around it. No worries, I can manage. I decided I have a pair of idiot nephews. The oldest on went to an amusement park today, near where there is a brush fire and ungodly high temperatures. The other one went with his camp to some place, half way to the middle of nowhere, for some sort of indoor activity. I'm surprised his counselor didn't make them bike ride the 44 mile distance. Next week they go for a big trip, out of state. This should be fun. Me, I just plan on staying cool. I spent part my afternoon enjoying the quiet at home. Mum was out for a while so I had the place to myself. Nice. I listened to a couple of podcasts and got some blogging done. The best part was I didn't have to pack a bag or really get dressed--hair and makeup. I even took a nice long blog break to enjoy my coffee and check my social media. I even have ample time to make dinner this evening. Nothing special, just food to nourish the body. Maybe I'll even have time to read a little. Which reminds me, I have a hold waiting for me at the library. I got so inspired by the Jaws podcast that I requested the book. I think I'll do that after I finish writing a thought or two more. Anyway, tomorrow it's back to me doing the housework. Boo. I really wish we could have someone once a week but I did tell the Brit BF that if we get married, a weekly cleaner is a non-negotiable condition. Okay, I'm going to get my book
