It is another toasty day with no sign of a cool down. I'm day dreaming about a cold winter, wearing warmer clothes, and cold mornings. So far mum's been well behaved while the minion is out of state. She told that he said some of the hikes he's been on were difficult. Well yes, if I spent most of my day on the couch, playing with some device, I'd be tired from walking to the kitchen. Mum is so over protective of him. Speaking of mum, it seems she's made a new friend. She's been doing this respiratory therapy class with a few people. So far it's been going good for her. She made friends with a gentleman in the class. An African American graphic artist who gifted her with a copy of a print he made. How about that? My mum, who is so opposed to my relationship with the Brit BF, made friends with an African American gentleman. I don't think it'll lead anywhere but I'm enjoying the irony of it. In the meantime, thing between the Brit BF and I are good. We were chatting a little bit today about assorted subjects. You know, the usual chatter. Anyway, tomorrow is Wednesday and mid-week. Yay. I have a free drink at the local coffee emporium coming to me so I might cash it tomorrow. Almost time to go home. I just need to wait for some apps to finish updating then dinner.
