Trust Issues

Hello Everyone: I'm dealing with some trust issues at work right now. It has to do with an issue that came up yesterday that I wasn't aware of. The issue isn't the important part, it's the fact that I was blindsided by it and not given any opportunity, ahead of time, to present my side of the issue before a decision was made. This really touched a nerve with because it made me think differently about the people I work with. Most are generally pleasent, hardworking, and reliable but there are some people that are two-faced. I've always maintained a policy that if someone has a problem with me, come talk to me about, don't go running to mommy or the teacher. This way we both have an opportunity to make amends and take corrective active. The way the matter was handled left me feeling hurt and unsure who I can trust anymore. Now I have to work woth people who I can't completely trust and it makes me uncomfortable. Truth is I've necer felt completely comfortable at the store, even when things are going good. Something about all the relentless positivity that just makes me suspicious of everyone. Anyway, it'll take some time before I can trust anyone at the store again, if at all.
