Hoping For A Better Week

Hello Everyone: Wow, I can't believe I went so long without sharing with you. Even longer on my regular blog. Work, as always, has sucked up a lot of my creative energy. The mindless repetition of each day and the diva behavior of some of my co-workers just exhausts me to the point where all I want to do is curl in bed with the blanket pulled up. Also, this past week was particularly draining for me because of some trust issues that came up. I really need to do more about finding a new job. The only upside of my week is I made a delicious carrot cake and I think I found a "rebel faction" at work. It's the ladies in cosmetics. They seem to exist in their own world and the rest of us just orbit around it. They sort of do whatever they want and no one seems to notice. Getting paid to do your make up and nails in between helping customers sounds like a sweet gig. Anyway, I hope work is a little quieter, less dramatic this week. I really can't deal with other people's issues. Mostly, I need to find something less soul sucking and offerss a viable career path. Doing returns and pickups is about as exciting as watching paint dry and about as intellectually stimulating as entertainment news. At least the Brit BF gets me from going completely mad.
