Never Ends
Hello Everyone:
It's Sunday evening and time to write down a few thoughts. The saga of the money mum set aside for me continues. This time the bank wants more paperwork. It never ends and I'm starting to think they don't want to give up the money. It's one of the big banks and they got caught opening fraudulent accounts and taking out loans in customers' names without their knowledge. You see why I hate big banks. Sis came by earleir to pick up some mail and I shared with her all the hoops I've been having to jump through and she said to be patient and mum's financial stuff isn't that complicated. Patient? Ha, she's talking to the wrong person. Not as complicated? That I can accept. In the meantime I'm doing what I can to help myself. The good news is I'm finding plenty of contact tracer openings. The bad news is, well, there really isn't any bad news. Anyway, tomorrow is another week and I have plenty to do. The big thing is mailing in my ballot. I've never done mail in voting because my usual polling place is close by and it's easier to vote in person. I really make a point of it. This year, because of the COVID pandemic, I'm mailing in my ballot. It's a first, like finally getting a flu shot. I've never gotten one and I've lived in student housing, worked in elementary schools, and spent time around children and the worst I've had is a cold. I guess I have a cast iron immune system. Alright, time to sleep.
