Let The Process Work

Hello Everyone: Today started out with me going all Karen on a bank customer service representative over something related to this whole phony insurance policy. As frustrating as it was, some progress was made. The bank reversed a charge they tried to assess me and now I have some room to go grocery shopping tomorrow. So happy about that. In the meantime, the big bank hold mum's account is still dragging their feet. I can almost imagine getting another email request for documents. I'm so tired of filling out forms and sending them off. Sis says I have to be patient and let the process work. Did she forget who she was talking to? Anyway, I may have a suspect in the phony insurance policy. Scrolling across the social media, I came across a person with ties to my bank and the insurance company. I suspect he (definitely a male) had access to the insurance company's mailing list and bank client records. Under pressure to make a sales quota, he started going down the list and taking out policies in other people's names. May a pox rain down upon his house. Hopefully, everything will be resolved soon. I hate the state I'm in. I can't do anythng or go anywhere, not that there's really anything to do or anywhere to go. The whole thing has really touched on my trust issues. Yesterday I seriously considered pulling my money out of the bank and putting it in a different bank. Now that I've had some time to think about it and transferring my money to another bank would be too much effort. For now, I just have to let the process work. At least my bank is keeping me in the loop, unlike the way mum set things up with her will. I'll never understand why she did that but I won't let it go.
