Less Cleaning, More Happy
Hello Everyone:
Finally a few minutes to write. Friday was a nightmare. Mum was having one of hypochondria fits and wanted me to go with her to the doctor. I wasn’t up for another one of her wasted trips, like me the one to the opthomologist on Monday. She decided to call Sis, nice of her to get off her arse. Mum had to add when was the last time I went with her. This prompted me to remind of Monday and lay into her. Her act of ingratitude meant that I wasn’t going to make any extra trips on her behalf. Why should I go out of my way for someone who doesn’t even appreciate anything I do. Not that this is new behavior from her. Mum has a history of ignoring anything I do to help out, instead recognizing someone who does nothing at all. Later she tried to spin it as a misunderstanding on my part. Right, whatever. Saturday was a little better. I went to Sis for lunch and had some baby time. That was nice. Today, the cleaner came for part one of the Passover deep clean. He was incredibly thorough. He cleaned stuff that I didn’t think he’d clean. That was nice. Hey, the less cleaning I have to do, the happier I am.
