Hello Everyone:
Another productive day for me. I had some mum-related shopping to do this morning then I posted the latest on the blog. I had more pleasant text exchange with the Sometime BF today. He’s definitely still eases to the absolute maximum. I don’t envy his life right now. He told me he’s seriously considering taking a leave of absence from his job. That’s probably a good idea on his part because it’ll be one less ball to juggle. Perhaps he can come for a day visit. I’m not holding my breath on that one. One of the things I made very clear to him was that my tolerance for verbal spewing is incredibly low and my patience is not infinite. I completely understand the context but that’s not a reason to be hostile and drag my friends into the conversation. Speaking of friends, I had a lighter conversation with the Brit BF. He started out with a rant about the state of the world, then segued in World Cup soccer. So far Team S-Hole Countries are holding their own against Team Europa. Who is Team Europa? All the European teams. I’ve sort of lumped everyone into two divisions. Hey, what I’m supposed to do? The United States didn’t qualify for World Cup so I have to do something to stay interested. Besides, it’s much fun without the Brit BF. Anyway, tomorrow is another day.
