Another lovely day. It was Primary Election Day and, of course, I voted. Mostly, I voted for the candidates I was familiar with including one person I actually know. One of the candidates on the ballot is the father of my niece's former classmates. I've met him on several occasions. I hope he wins this way I can say I helped elect an acquaintance. After I cast my ballot, I went to the nearest coffee emporium and blogged away. I just posted the latest and greatest on what London's doing to create more affordable housing and public spaces. It might just work. Tomorrow is Wednesday which means it's midway to the weekend. I really look forward to the weekend because I get to sleep in and read. Speaking of reading, I started reading in the evening again. Now that the distraction of the television has passed, I can catch up on my books. Yes, I do like to read. Nothing wrong with that. Most days, I prefer a good book to human company. Thank goodness for the Kindle app on my iPad which lets me read anywhere. One thing I have to absolutely do is make a dentist appointment because I have a missing filling that needs to be replaced and I need other work. Most of it, thank you President Obama, is covered. I need to make a note to myself to do just that. It's getting ridiculous. I have other things I need to do and planning it on my calendar app is one way to keep track of it. Like writing down what I plan to eat for dinner this evening.
