Impulsive Guy

Hello Everyone:

I got my hair trimmed back on Thursday and it looks okay. I think the bangs are a wee short. Oh well, they’ll grow out. Anyway, the Sometime BF texted to let me know that he was planning to give notice at his job. It’s like what?!  He’s leaving his job with no backup. That doesn’t make much sense, does it.  I do understand why he wants to leave his work: the inconsistent hours, low pay, lack of appreciation. That and his mum’s recent diagnosis are conspiring to create a very high stress situation for him.  Still, I think he’s just jumping the gun with his work and moving in with his mum. I’m not suggesting that he stay in a stressful situation but he should, at least, be more pragmatic. I don’t know, I’m trying to be understanding about the whole thing but my concern is that his mother gets progressively worse, he’ll push me away like he did with dad. That’s one of the reasons I ended up with the Brit BF.  I still think we’re not quite done yet but that’s another subject for another time. Right now I have to deal with the man in front me.  The man in front of me is a wonderfully sensitive who can be a wee much. I think quitting his job and moving back home to take of his mum-who lives across the street-is impulsive. I just hope he knows what he’s doing.
