A Real Appointment

Hello Everyone:

Mum's eye doctor appointment was a real appointment, not one of those "OMG I'm seeing ballet dancing pink elephants" fake appointments.  Even the rides coming and going were pretty painless.  I made sure to pack myself a nice salad, some crackers, an apple, and water for lunch and took my trusty iPad.  Good thing I brought the trusty iPad because I had enough time to post a few thoughts on the Candidate Forum on the news of the day while mum saw the doctor.  After we got home, I still had enough time to send off a resume to an online magazine that's a little more on the brainy side than the usual nonsense.  I made sure not to rush myself this morning because I was so tired this morning.  I didn't quite get a good night sleep so I need a little extra time today.  I've been so tired the last couple of days from doing stuff.  This evening I hoping I can get to bed early enough because I really need to get up tomorrow. I want to get all the chores done so I have enough time to finally get my hair trimmed.  Alright, just about time for dinner.
