Ms. Boring

Hello Everyone:

It's a bright Monday, a very sharp contrast to the terrible events in New Zealand and the Netherlands.  Irony, you got to love it.  Anyway, it looks like Saturday lunch will just be mum, myself, the BIL, and youngest nephew.  In a way I'm glad it's just them because, I can't stand crowds.  I even got motivated to bake a banana cake.  I should be nice to the BIL, he has given me rides when I needed it so I can't get too annoyed with him and the youngest nephew is still tolerable.  Sis is going to be out of town for a conference and the oldest nephew is staying with some friends.  Believe it or not my stick-permanently-up-her-arse sister is going to a conference in New Orleans.  Given New Orleans' laissez le bontemps roulez character, my oh so conservative, straight laced sister will have a fit.  Maybe a few hurricanes will loosen her up.  She plans to stay around the conference center which is a pity because there's so much to see.  A while ago, she and my BIL went to Hawai'i for a case he was arguing in federal court.  They barely went anywhere.  How do you do that?  Go somewhere fabulous and not see anything?  That's them unfortunately.  Mr. and Mrs. Boring.  Anyway, I'm going to eat.  More tomorrow
