Discipline
Hello Everyone:
I’m tired today. Lack of sleep is the reason. I went to bed a little late last night but I woke up and got out of bed on time. I’ve made a point of getting out bed on time even if I want to sleep in. I’ve been sleeping in mostly here and some there for the last few months. I found that I lacked the extra time to do stuff. I thought about re-arranging my schedule so I can ease into the morning but I decided not. I prefer to get in my run before breakfast. To remedy the situation I’ve been writing down a daily agenda with a reminder not to sleep in. So far it’s been helpful. I find that if I wrote things down, I remember them better. It’s not a weird thing or anything like that. A lot people write things down to remind them. Whatever works, right? I usually write things down on my phone because I have it with me, like everyone else. My whole point for all the writing down is get me more disciplined. I found that had neglected the discipline I developed in school. Working independently for too long did that. So I decided that one of my New year goals is to get back to that goal setting, get stuff done mindset. We’ll see how it goes.
