Hello Everyone:
At last a little piece and quiet. Mum is staying with The Minion for the next couple of days. His parents are out of town until next week so mum is staying over there part of the time and they’ll be here over the weekend. The Minion is a good guest—mostly he sits in his spot on the sofa and reads or plays with his game device. For now, I can just enjoy the quiet. I had a nice dinner, without the constant chatter. I really need to learn to slow down when I eat so I can really savor my meal. Really hard to do when my brain is so preoccupied with getting away from the person sitting across from me. Tomorrow’s breakfast should be nice. No chatter, no harangues, just quiet. On the positive side, my daily to-do list is working out. I find that if I write stuff down, I remember it better. Some people are just like that. When I was in Weight Watchers, I got into the habit of writing down my food. Now, I’m working on writing down the things I need to do. It keeps me on track and less likely to procrastinate. Yay. Speaking of which, I need organize my day.
