Boring

Hello Everyone:

I went to the local hire orientation session today and it was the most boring thing. The presenter spoke to the group like we were complete idiots. This was probably true for 95 percent of the group. I mean the majority of the group didn’t exactly look last like the brain trust. I was chatting with this one woman who obviously has a middle school vocabulary because I used the word condescending and she looked at me like I spoke to her in Greek. Most dressed like they found the first clean things. I think that most of them will end up doing vocational work, not that there’s anything wrong with that but it’s not something I would be qualified to do. Actually I’m over qualified to do the kind of vocational work they’re hiring for.  I really can’t see myself mucking out animal enclosures or cutting grass. Anyway, I have to go back for some ridiculous reading and math assessment. Um, in case anyone didn’t read my resume I have a masters degree which means I can most certainly read and do basic math.  Idiots. The only exciting part was the free small pumpkin spice latte, great grocery shopping, and the bus ride there and back.  All of which tired me out, not that mum seemed to care because it’s always all about her. Sis, forget it. She pretends to show any concern for her own mother.   Pathetic. I need to sleep.
